The Samoa program is open to British Columbia families only. The Samoa program is offered in partnership with our facilitator, MLJ Adoptions:

Married couples between 23 and 55 years of age and singles who are at least 25 years of age are eligible to adopt from Samoa.

The children available for adoption in Samoa range in age from infancy to teens. Both boys and girls are in need of families. The children are of Asian/Pacific Islander descent. Children with special needs are also in need of families and this includes children with emotional needs and/or a history of abuse.

It is difficult to provide a specific time frame for the Adoption process as the political situation and legislation of any country is subject to change.

Once an application is received and the home study is approved, CHOICES will assist in completing your paperwork and preparing the dossier for Samoa. In collaboration with our facilitator, we will guide and assist you through all phases of the adoption process while ensuring all requirements are met both in Canada and in Samoa. More information on the adoption process can be found here.
