CHOICES is a licensed, nonprofit, non sectarian counselling and adoption agency providing services to expectant parents, birth-parents, adoptees and adoptive parents. We provide the full spectrum of adoption services, including adoption reunion counselling. We have been involved in adoptions and counselling since 1989.
CHOICES facilitates for international adoptions in several different Canadian provinces. For Russia, CHOICES can work with families in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick and PEI. CHOICES is also able to facilitate international adoptions from the United States for families in British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Ontario residents will require special government permission to adopt through CHOICES.
