CHOICES Adoption and Counselling Services is the only British Columbia adoption agency accredited to conduct adoptions from Russia. Since 2003, The Ministry of Education in Russia has required that all agencies facilitating the adoptions of Russian children outside of the country go through an extensive accreditation process.
