- Married couples must have been married for 3 or more years, single females can also adopt
- There is no age limit to adopt older children, but must be younger than 43 years old to adopt infants
- Can already have children
Approximate Waiting Period
The child's proposal usually comes in 2-6 months of the dossier being received in Ethiopia.
Travel Requirements
Applicants can expect to stay 7-14 days in the country.
